This is a spectacular Tanzanite gem! The stone is absolutely radiant! This is a fancy color Tanzanite that has not been treated in any way and is completely natural. It grades in color from light purple to colorless with flashes of green when moved! This multi-color effect is caused by the orientation of the cutting and the pleochroic nature of Tanzanite. The light return and brilliance of this stone are fantastic and just breathtaking! The cut is a custom shield shape, with this unique fantasy pattern cut into the pavilion. The polish on this stone is brilliant and allows for bright white flashes of light return. This stone will be the center for a phenomenal piece of jewelry, especially a pendant! I truly cannot say enough about this gem. It is an irreplaceable treasure and will be an heirloom. This stone was created by Brett Kosnar of Kosnar Gem Co, during October 2019. Enjoy!
This stone also comes with its own original artwork by Rose Rambo of Vitruvian Art. The drawing is fantastic and an exact representation of the stone. She also made beautiful Technicolor stickers of the drawing. In addition, there is a certificate of authenticity included. This is all to add pedigree to the stone in its original state before it is set into jewelry.
