Variscite is an uncommon Aluminum Phosphate mineral that is often confused with Turquoise. However, Variscite is green and Turquoise is commonly the iconic blue color, but collecting in the field can be deceptive when you have these similar colors in hand. This piece is a lively mint green that transitions to a nice lime green. It has been cut into this rounded freeform shape that will look fantastic in jewelry. This stone if perfect for a pendant and will be a unique and beautiful piece. This stone was cabbed by Brett Kosnar of Kosnar Gem Co. Enjoy!
