Here is a special Zircon! This gem has a peachy champagne color with a silvery overtone that makes it brilliant. The clarity of the stone is excellent and has just a breathtaking flash! This is the first stone of our Inversion series, where the crown has been cut into with fantasy style grooves! It is a traditional Hex shape but the inverted cuts in the crown give it a unique appearance. You can see the classic birefringence (facet doubling) that Zircon displays in the photos. Zircon has a bad rap because it is often confused by many as cubic zirconia. However, Zircon is a natural mineral, and chemically is zirconium orthosilicate.
