This is such a stunning Sapphire! The color is of this stone is incredible, an absolutely vivid canary yellow! The stone has been Fantasy cut to achieve this gorgeous design. The radial pattern is carved into the back side of the piece by hand and polished to give the stone brilliance. The shape is a Grecian, identical to the shape of ancient Grecian pools. It is over 1.6 carats and a calibrated 8x6 mm, which is a fantastic size for a ring! The stone is only 2.7 mm thick, giving it a very low profile, while enhancing the brilliance and creating a broad appearance. If set into a ring, the stone will rise from the finger minimally and make it very comfortable for daily wear. It has excellent clarity and a slight silkiness that causes the color to glow!
