Brazil has many fantastic inclusion gemstones, but good quality stones like this are more difficult to find. This stone features beautiful sprays of Rutile encased in excellent quality clear Quartz. The Rutile flashes a beautiful copper color when moved in the hand. One of the most important factors for inclusion gems is the placement of inclusions; front and center is typically best. Another defining factor is the surrounding mineral, i.e., the clarity of the Quartz. This stone has both; excellent clear Quartz, and the inclusions are displayed nicely in the center of the piece.
